Hi guyssssss, we’re halfway through the week and yes we haven’t talked about relationships in a while but I just thought to drop this😌.
Every where you go and the topic relationship is being mentioned it’s like a starter pack for keen listeners and definitely a kick-start for conversations. People have varied views on how they see relationships because it’s a very wide subject with no stereotyped discourse to just focus on every time. Oh well, having said that let’s just dive in.
I’ll just go straight to the point and tell you, I’ve thought about this topic very well from a lot of angles and I still fall back to the CAUSE of any toxic relationship resting on the INDIVIDUALITY OF A PERSON. My simple analogy goes thus:
Toxicity in relationships range from being physically or emotionally abusive in its entirety right; he beats you up- physical abuse which still affects your emotions, he insults and doesn’t respect you- verbal abuse which affects your emotions. He shuts himself out everytime and doesn’t give me time or let’s me reach out to him, doesn’t communicate so I have to put in all the effort- emotional abuse(yes🙄) because your emotions are stressed out, you need attention, you’ve had a bad day or a good one and you want to tell this person that you can’t even reach… let’s holllup and talk about YOU.
How toxic are you in your self-relationship? How well do you hide and shove your problems down that huge lump in your throat? How have you ignored your person to listen to someone else on how you should live your life irrespective of your inconvenience? How have you caged your thoughts and your self-expression simply because you thought someone else didn’t approve?
This list is endless and this road very long guys. I don’t know about you but to me, THE BANE OF EVERY TOXIC RELATIONSHIP rests on the INDIVIDUALITY OF A PERSON.
YOU CAN EITHER CHOOSE TO WALK AWAY FROM IT, CHOOSE TO RECEIVE IT or CHOOSE TO GET HELP BY TALKING TO SOMEONE.Pick your solution.
