TRUST THE PROCESS

HAPPY NEW MONTH PEOPLE💃🏽. We thank the good Lord for seeing us through January and all its activities. Tough as it was, he helped us and we’re facing the second month of the year. Meanwhile, it’s the lovers month, yes y’all are recognized😂. Let’s save all the mushy and heart talk for later😊.

Trust! Trust! Trust! Trust the Process
Well for starters, I have massive trust issues and I’m sure a lot of you reading this are with me on this boat because people who have come into our lives have given us reason to not learn how to trust easily. We’ve been hurt, betrayed, been victims of this hurt and we’ve also hurt others and given them reasons to not trust so easily again.

At some point last year I think, I practically told people that were really close to me “don’t trust me because I don’t even trust myself”. You’ll agree with me that sometimes you find yourselves in situations where you’d have to put checks on yourself because you don’t trust you well enough maybe in a relationship you won’t want to cheat or with money, you’d have to give it to someone else. So how then are you supposed to “TRUST THE PROCESS” that is very uncertain, that you can’t predict, when sometimes you can’t trust yourself.

Let’s look at it this way, maybe it’s easier to trust what we do not know the outcome of than to trust what we can predict. Towards the last quarter of 2018, I was going through a whole lot of bitterness, anger and pain. I used to be a chronic over-thinker and I needed help because “I can’t comman kill my self” . So I’m like “God, I’m going to grow through this pain ONE DAY AND ONE STEP AT A TIME”. I’m not going to think ahead of me, I’ll face each day, learn from it and trust whatever comes my way and well, here we are in FEBRUARY 2019😂😊 better and happy. I trusted my process😌🤷🏽‍♀️.

Trust that pain because it’s temporary, trust you’ll come out of that challenge, trust that there are better days ahead and you’ll get there. Grow through the process and Trust that God will do something beautiful in the end. It’s not going to be easy but you’ll find peace trust me on this one😊. ENJOY YOUR WEEKEND.
