Faith is an assurance that what God has promised us will come to pass although not seen but giving the believer the conviction that it’d surely come to pass as God’s Word will never fail.
According to the Book of Esther Chapter 4:16, which says “Go and gather together all the Jews of Susa and fast for me. Do not eat or drink for three days, night or day. My maids and I will do the same. And then, though it is against the law, I will go in to see the king. If I must die, I must die.”
Esther was convinced that once she fasts and pray with her people, the evil plans Haman had for she and her people will be overturned only if she could get to the king who ordered nobody to come to his chamber. She put God first in the situation by seeking his face and giving it a trial knowing that she can’t be disappointed by God’s Word.
