START WITH A LITTLE

To someone out there:

Have you ever felt like no one actually cares within a split second and then you brush it off?
Have you ever felt like you were pushing away the people that you know would care?
Have you ever felt like you can take on your emotions, wrestle with it in an open field and win the fight?

Have you ever felt drained off every emotion but somehow you know the hurt and pain doesn’t want to leave with the rest of the bandwagon, disguised in numbness?
Have you ever felt your solitude enclosing you?
Have you ever felt like you’re being consumed with a lot of truth but then everybody wants to live a lie and it feels like you have to hold your breath because you’re been choked with excess truth?

Have you ever felt like no one actually understands no matter how much they tell you “I feel your pain”, “I can relate”?
Have you ever felt like you’re always misunderstood?
Have you ever felt like you’re losing a battle but you don’t even want to win, you just want out entirely but it feels like you don’t even have a choice on that?

Have you ever felt like God,
“What is the purpose of this pain?”
“What is the point of this situation?”
“Why me?”
“Where did I go wrong?”
“Who did I offend?”

Well, I can’t answer all these questions.
Some of them I ask myself, some of them you might ask yourself.
BUT it is important to know that if you can resonate with any of the questions above then…
YOU’RE NOT ALONE
YOU’RE NOT INSANE
YOU’RE TRUTH IS DIFFERENT FROM OTHERS AND THAT’S OKAY.

One fact is however key and undisputed,
You woke up today, you gon wake up tomorrow “all things being equal”.
So hey there, whatever it is…
Hold on a little longer, cry a little louder if you want to, trust the process a little harder, love a little stronger, reach out a little better…
Bottom line, START WITH A LITTLE.
